Yeah lets talk about Quack !You should be tunring on each other or at least Quack. Yeah let's talk about how bad quack sucks.
Quack, thanks for all of your help with the D3 issue and the test thing. And the Paleo advice is paying off big time.
If I ever get to meet you I owe you a steak dinner and a case of Scotch Ale.

I love how these @fit idiots continue to ignore the 1000 pound gorilla in the room; despite the gorilla fucking them in the ass while simultaneously rubbing shit in their faces. It couldn't be the crazy ass fitness system cooked up by a fat gimpy legged huckster? It must have been a lack of water, bad kidneys, or maybe the shoes she wore that day etc etc.. I could never be the fitness system that can only be described as fitness masterbation.
Life is always better than fiction; you couldn't write a dark comedy this funny.

I find this whole ordeal very soap opera-ish.
I don't understand a grown man acting like a 13 year old girl over internet shit.
Truth be told if I was banned from here my productivity would sky rocket.

This was inevitable. You know they can't just meet in the gym because they can't communicate when they're gasping for breath on the floor.
But on the bright side, it removes them from the general dating pool. Who'd want to go out with someone who'd rather do "Fran" than you ?
