Hydration doesn't stop rhabdo from occurring.
Not doing the stupid fucking workout stops rhabdo from occurring.
The programming is increasingly stupid. I wouldn't think they could keep the downward spiral going, but they proved me wrong.

I read some of their threads on the @fit forums about rhabdo. People were saying they were taking fish oil and water to stave off Rhabdo...Shafman wrote:Fucking assholes.

Sweet Baby Gorilla Jeebus! I've covered this extensively, and people still don't get it. In Pulp Fiction, when Marcellus Wallace says he's going to call up some "Hard, pipe-hitting niggers." He doesn't mean guys who hit people with actual pipes, he means guys who smoke crack and then act all psycho.
You need a chainsaw to cut the irony here.

See, that gets a pass. If you have kids, and you get a booboo they'll insist you wear one of their bandaids. I've sported Dora and Spongebob bandaids in my time.GoDogGo! wrote:And the Hello Kitty bandaid?Shafman wrote:Yeah, that has been discussed a lot, and it's a damn shame nobody listens.

When's the last time you got a booboo on the back of your neck that a regular sized bandaid can cover? That bandaid screams The Gimp more than Marcellus WallaceWildGorillaMan wrote:See, that gets a pass. If you have kids, and you get a booboo they'll insist you wear one of their bandaids.
