Hydration doesn't stop rhabdo from occurring.

Not doing the stupid fucking workout stops rhabdo from occurring.

The programming is increasingly stupid. I wouldn't think they could keep the downward spiral going, but they proved me wrong.

I read some of their threads on the @fit forums about rhabdo. People were saying they were taking fish oil and water to stave off Rhabdo...
