My subconscious only now made this ping, I know not why. I feel like a retard for glossing it over the first time. But in my defence there were so many easy pickings in that drama that it was easy to blow past this.

Omega is the last letter in the Greek alphabet. Either Joey was making a very abstruse joke that Lauren ranks 6th in the pack hierarchy, as opposed to dead last (insert BMack joke here) or he isn't nearly as well educated as his sign-off about "praxis" would lead you to believe.
I noticed that right away...I was just hoping that Joey was trying to say she's nowhere near an Alpha, but figured it was likely that he didn't know his Greek alphabet, while trying to be clever. Because really, why pick Zeta over Epsilon?
Alpha- Couch
Beta- Astro
Gamma- Pudding
Delta - ???????
Epsilon- Profits
Zeta- Ex Mrs. Couch

"Meadows"

For time:
20 Muscle-ups
25 Lowers from an inverted hang on the rings, slowly, with straight body and arms
30 Ring handstand push-ups
35 Ring rows
40 Ring push-ups
Confucius say "making a workout "for time" and including a movement that penalizes stronger people for being able to do them better, aka slower, is another notch on teh retard belt."

Probably more than can do a real, strict muscle up. That flailing shit they call a MU makes my shoulders scream just watching it.
I don't have a lot of experience with vampires, but I have hunted werewolves. I shot one once, but by the time I got to it, it had turned back into my neighbor's dog.

When they wrap their legs all around the ring straps, add some weird body-wave kipping, and don't take their shoulders deeper than the very tip-top of the rings, more than you would guess.

GymNASTs should hate @F for what they do to their movements and still refer to them by the same name.

That's simply not true.
Probably on more than one level, since Phelps is a swimmer, not a diver...

It looks like a special seat thats locked in place so it doesn't slide. Looks like the movement would be lean in, catch, lean back, pull. Seems like a pretty good modification.

Laughable description. Makes me feel bad for Glen Cordoza who decided to help him actually write the shit.

No. That's the guy changing the tire on the support car that will drive BMack home from his latest DNF.

What are you implying here, that Bmack doesn't have a leg to stand on?

Hey, it's one thing for an amputee to finish Badwater, but quite another for someone who is spineless to attempt it.

Every man should work his way through an amputee fetish at some point.

I'm going to pull a Fahrenheit 451 on his book's ass except I'm going to steal someone else's copy to burn it.

The day I put any fucking money in his pocket is the day you can harpoon me in the face.
