Exactly. You all seem so threatened by it, it's pretty funny to watch.

But when I stand in front of the mirror and really look, I wonder: What the fuck happened here? Jesus Christ. What a beating!

My crystal ball says the hammer is about to drop in both Oakland and SF. There was a fatal shooting outside Occupy Oakland last night. While not definitively linked to the camp, the cops are using it as cause to get the green light to clear them out:

OAKLAND -- As police work to identify the young man shot and killed near the Occupy Oakland encampment Thursday night, the police union president is asking protesters to leave so officers can get back to "protecting the citizens of Oakland."
A man in his 20s, who Occupy Oakland media team member Shon Kae said was not camping at Frank H. Ogawa Plaza, was shot and killed at 14th and Broadway, not far from the 30-day-old Occupy Oakland camp, about 5 p.m. Thursday.
The name of the man has not been released by police pending notification of his family. He may have been in a fight with another man before he was killed, but police are still investigating the incident and have released no details. No one has been arrested.
A shrine was set up near the spot where the man was shot and people have left notes and lit about 100 candles in his honor.
This is the first slaying near the camp, but there have been fights, reports of sexual assaults, rat infestations, and other unsafe and unhealthy conditions at the camp, which started on Oct. 10, was torn down by police on Oct. 25 and then was rebuilt a day later.
http://www.mercurynews.com/ci_19314945

And in San Francisco, the camp is growing daily, helped by an infusion of the homeless and out of town nutty drifters.
A Southern California man cited for having a concealed gun at the Occupy SF encampment at Justin Herman Plaza on Tuesday was arrested again the following day for threatening a park ranger at the encampment, police said.

The SF camp looks like a massive shit hole, and is surrounded by the homeless, crack addicts and pitbull toting sketchy folk. The camp is directly across from the holiday skating rink that just went up, and is on the street that's the gateway to Union Square and other tourist meccas. Now that Tuesday's election is over, the mayor will have to give in to the local businesses that are clamoring for the immediate removal of the camp. Or, he waits and does nothing and there's a shooting or other incident in the camp.

One way or the other, I predict SF is broken up within a week.

I put a mini play by play up last night after Oakland went off.

Right now on NBC Bay Area, the head of the police officer's union, or whatever he is, is saying they need to break up the camp immediately.

The President of the Oakland City Council is saying it's got to go after last night. I guess they passed out eviction notices to Oakland. Big group is marching right now. Now idea where they're headed.

I may try and go back out tomorrow to check out the camps again. If they break this shit up I want to see what's going on.

ps
I knew SF was going to get even shittier. If it looked the way it did last week, I could only imagine it would get worse. I think Turd also made the point that SF would wait til the election and then bust it up.

I really may have to head back out tomorrow. IGX investigative reporting round 2.

Bwhaaaahhhaaaaa. Dellums would be about as far away from this as possible. Now Willie Brown would have that shit cleaned up in 3 minutes.

But, seriously,
OWS is the xfit of protest movements. Maximizing ignorance, ingratitude, and deficient hygiene across broad time & modal domains.

That would include at least 90% of them and about 8% of the other 10% who think they'are smart.

I just had a very educated, as in PHD., friend of mine say "Well they just want fair income distribution."

I think the World of this guy, great friend but for the life of me how the fuck can anyone support these fucking little Hippie Douchbags.

They act like animals, no calm well thought out debate just throwing a bunch of leftist bullshit out there, insult anyone who thinks different, yell and scream bullshit.

To compare this with the Tea Party is a joke. Even if you dont like the Tea Party you have to be intelectually dishonest to compare the 2 groups.

It's not a little isolated thing here or there. With that many people you will always have some shitbags but we have multiple accounts and videos of these people acting like shitbags as a matter of coarse. It's not a minority among them who are the trouble makers they are by and large a group of shit bags.

They threaten the film crew of Adam vs the Man for filming them have a pow wow in a public place.

Total hypocrisy as their justification for squatting in the park is that they have a right to be there but then threaten violence to a film crew (Who are extremly Liberal and pretty much the civilized version of these punks) for being there.
This is on You tube.

Then we have the films we've all seen here, along with a handfull of rapes, a murder, punks keeping EMTs away from people in need, intimidation of citizens.

You now have a TB outbreak amongst some of them.

Maybe they'll pull more of this shit? I hope they try this at the DNC and RNC conventions.

Keep it up kids, your going to help bring Liberalisim down to the curiosity it deserves to be.

Any of you read Olensky? This shit is strait out of his book. And Obama and Pelosi have allready fucked up by giving them support in the begining.

Part of me is disgusted and would like to see these fucks sprayed with firehoses and stomped in the face with riot boots and the other part of me wants them to keep this up because they are not convencing people of quality to join them or to support their cause, they are pissing off people of quality like the hippies did.

This will be one more thing that helps ensure that Barrack Obama is a 1 term mistake and hopefully we will get an adult in the White House.

Darth- You're doing a disservice to Hippies to call these guys Hippies. A lot of Hippies might not have had views you'd agree with, but many of them actually went out and worked for what they believed in- A lot of the quality farms and community sourced agricultural co-ops around here are owned and worked by what you would call Hippies. And they do not have anything in common with these OWS people, they're just guys who decided that their work would reflect their beliefs as they try to make a living. Were and are there lazy ant-capitalist Hippies? Sure. But that's not what makes someone a Hippie.

Very true and DMW pointed out the same to me. OWS'ers are 'pseudo hippies', complete with none of the conviction and much more (of mom's) available credit than bonafide hippies had. I'm happy to know the growing disgust of real hippies against OWS hipster douchebags. In many ways, they are worse than the chimps on the Chicago subway thread.
