Who wants a dirty sanchez ... Burrito?

Post by Kenny X »

I love Mexican food. But I wouldn't eat a "Dirty Sanchez Burrito" because of the unappetizing visual, NOT because of anything even remotely resembling offense at its so-labeled "racist" moniker...

TL;DR:

Some restaurant owner named his fare such things as:

"Wetback Willie"
"Dirty Sanchez"
"No Papers Shrimp"

Etc.

And a bunch of pantywaists got offended about it.

Most of the Mexicans around here would get a kick out of it. I can't name a single one who would get pissed off enough to write a letter or protest on FB. Assholes.

Let's add "white guilt" to the cocktail along with "gay" and "liberal" ...

As to the Mexicans that Proto mentioned- I have experienced the same. Every Beaner and Mower Jockey I know would love that! And they'd revel in it as the Modelo Especial flowed like a foamy, delicious rot-gut river.

I can't believe the American public can't take a delicious joke like this one!

Definitely. Even the walking smog clouds in Northern California, possibly the most sensitive and pointlessly upset region in the country, would find it funny.

White liberal guilt is the downfall of a rational society.

I remember a Mexican friend getting pissed at being called a wetback - he said that neither him nor anybody he knew even knows how to swim and that they call either came across in a truck or on foot.

My best friend growing up was Mexican, but his Dad said once he made more than $60k/year, he became Spanish.
