I knew a Mennonite kid whose full name was 'Armor of God'...they called him Timmy. Later on I read a book by Orson Scott Card who had a character named that as well.

Exactly, we know who Furman is and it's a great book. He lays it out for both the intelligent who will take elemnts of it into their training but also in a way where the novice can get to work.

No BS prison stories to boot.

I bet "Wades" anal lock is tighter than Pavel's?

Here's why I like Armor of War: it's a pretty simple, sensible, and solid training routine. Nothing *too* earth-shattering or new, but good stuff.

Where it shines is that to take it as far as you can go, you might need a backpack and a suspension device.

Unlike, for example, that new Verstegen book "Every Day is Game Day." That book has a great program, and undoubtedly it would help you maximize your potential, but you also have to dedicate 33 training hours a week, and own $4.73 Million worth of unitasker training shit from Perform Better...

Furman crushes Verstegen. Except in money. And Adulation. And I can't even say for sure which guy is a leaner 60 year old. But Furman is Numero Uno.

I got it and liked it. Good stuff, Tom...especially enjoy the terse, minimalist, No-BS format. As others have said,a $10 nugget that gives everything you need and nothing you don't.
