Hah! I knew you'd still be around. I'm doing alright. Strikes and gutters. I just survived a second heart attack several weeks ago and had a quadruple bypass. Turns out I have a congenital heart defect. The bypass corrected the issue. I'm recovering fast and definitely looking to getting back to strength training once my breast bone heals completely. It's a wonder what they can do with superglue and bailing wire!

Anyway, I've been painting and showing my artwork. I took up Zazen and been practicing that on my own for the past couple years. Yeah, Zen shit. It helps with the anger issues.

Anyway, I've met the grim reaper. He's a nice fella.

Happy to hear Andy likes Obama now. I'm indifferent. I'm kinda liking Bernie Sanders. And Yes, I agree with you Andy, Natives do have too many rules. I was kind of interested in the peyote religion for a while. I went to several peyote ceremonies in 2013, but it's a lot of work. I'd rather stare at a blank wall and count my breath or paint my congenitals. Zen has way less rules.
