I saw the original. Isn't this the same with better special effects?

Redhead is pretty hot. She wasn't in the first one.
New dinosaurs, too. And the computers are way better. Holograms and stuff.

Heavily laced with anthropomorphic goobly-goop, but most definitely a very cool movie.

Is this the one where a multi-species family of dinosaurs travels through time on a magic train, learning PC life lessons with a touch of paleontology?

Just o.k. Special effects were cool, plot was no surprise. We saw it at the drive-in with my youngest, so that made it a lot of fun. she hasn't seen any of the others so she thought it was the awesome.

I don't watch dinosaur movies because I'm not 12.

I thought she was quite hot and then she'd turn her head in a certain way and I saw Richie Cunningham looking at me. Unnerving.baffled wrote:Redhead is pretty hot. She wasn't in the first one.

I kept getting flashes of young Julianne Moore and will be forgetting your Richie Cunningham comment.

I never got bored in the movie, and thought it was pretty good when I left.
But the next afternoon I was trying to describe it and realized it was really, actually poor. The plot was more one-dimensional than Turd's humor.

The only thing that will help is thinking about the Curious George theme song.DrDonkeyLove wrote:Now that song is stuck in my head. 'Bout twenty minutes or so down the road. whole lotta fun in the summer, bring the truck with beach chairs, cooler, blankets, etc. Lots of the same folks every weekend, kind of an outdoor party with a really big screen.Protobuilder wrote:OMG!
