If not, then that's curious. Rebooted my laptop overnight. Possible issue with cookies or whatever, resolved by my reboot?

Takes minutes not seconds for pages to load. It's a lot of effort to see nobody posts anymore.

What is up with the HUGE latency here?

Also, I frequently get errors like this:
General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Too many connections [1040]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.

Quotes don't show the name of the person quoted. Makes it confusing.

Locked out of my training log: I'm getting permission errors.

May have done this to myself. I've been blasting posts onto there this past 30 mins, trying to bring it up to date.

Still happening, but this time after re-logging in, it worked. Did you change something?

This time I previewed, was taken to the login screen, logged back in, was taken back to the compose screen, re-pasted my picture link and hit "submit" – and the post was created. Strange.

I don't have permission to access /phpBB2/posting.php on this server, when posting in my training log.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.



EDIT: Also same error when posting a reply to a thread I just created in the Training Forum. Odd, I was able to post one reply, but not a second one.
