Hit CTRL+F and search on "Joe".
Hunter is not a good dude. He's somewhat better than a Trump Org kid, but still not good. He's somewhere between Tiffany and Eric as far as I can tell.
Rudy this week has accused Joe of pedophilia, accepting cash bribes, money laundering, and disappearing people. Rudy is not well. Perhaps Joe is corrupt but has the great fortune of only being exposed by complete crackpots and known liars, but I have my doubts.
I don’t think you really know shit about the situation, TBH. You have Trump Derangement Syndrome so there can be nothing positive about Trump and nothing negative about Biden.

Re: What to make of the election?
What is it about politics that turns people into bigger fucktards than they already are? There's no reason for anyone to distort the record about either candidate or go down rabbit holes. There's plenty of evidence in plain view about both of them.
Since the automatic reaction is to question the bias of anyone wrt politics, here's mine: DT is horrible in almost every way, so much so that I would vote for anyone reasonable to keep him from another term. If the Dems had picked someone normal-ish with a normal VP, I would have voted for him and even campaigned for him. But they didn't. They went the identity politics route with KH as veep. She's even scarier than DT. The 25th amendment makes it hard for the VP to take over in due to incapacity but still, I can't get behind that. I voted for that weasel John Kerry to keep Bush from a second term and I still don't feel good about it.
Edit: That was a general comment on this thread as a whole. I realize a lot of people like to squabble and shitpost. Carry on.

I fear our friends nafod and Spells may need emotional rescue next week.
As an unrepentant voter for the terribly flawed but directionally correctTrump, I'm ignorant and resilient so I'll be OK if America elects the dementia+leftism ticket.
But these guys could be in crisis and I think we should help them.

I agree that looks suspicious. I'm concerned about Chain of Custody from the laptop to Rudy. I doubt that it's a Kremlin thing.
The people who hate Trump won't believe the emails.
The people who like Trump don't care about the emails.
The undecideds have different motives. Mostly earning a living.
I blame the Democrats for most of the economic misery. They've blamed Trump for failing to magically protect us from Covid. If Sweden could get a lower death rate than the US with voluntary measures we could it now. Some of the Democratic governors got on power trips is how I see it.
from Statista. Oct 31 2020
USA death rate - 694 per 1,000,000
Sweden death rate - 577 per 1,000,000

I see Joe sliding down hill. Mrs. Biden may emulate Ellen Wilson, who acted as co-president after Woodrow took his stroke. Be fun to see the Biden couple duke it out with Harris.
Sen Harris crashed and burned during the primaries. She takes her social policies from her Aunts in India. She has little influence in Congress.

People will get tingles down their legs from a "brown" female President. One side of her family owned slaves. The other are South Asians, who are the wealthiest demographic in the US. She's as African American as a doorknob. Harris married a white man, put innocent black and brown men into prison.

Hillary's staff were accused of it. Re: What to make of the election?
A Trump post-presidency is going to look like nothing we've ever seen. He is not going into a statesman's repose. He's only capable of one thing and that's going on offense. I don't know what that offense will look like but he is the drunken guest who will stand in front of your house shouting and pissing in your bushes if you kick him out of the party.
4 Wild Predictions
1) He's going to pardon everybody (maybe even including himself) so he has free rein to attack his enemies relentlessly: Flynn, Snowdon, Assange, Don Jr's parakeet, a bunch of BIPOC's - everybody
2) He's going to try to become a Republican kingmaker and will get very involved in primaries & elections (Ivanka for Gov or Senator in FL perhaps?).
3) He's going to attempt to develop some kind of Trumpcentric media empire
4) He's going to select a newer younger wife after Melania dumps him.

Re: What to make of the election?
Definitely (2) and (3), I think. Especially (2). The republican party is his party right now, so lots of private jets heading down to Palm Beach. Lots of rallies in support of candidates X, Y, and Z. Who wouldn't want that firepower, especially to win a primary in a gerrymandered district?DrDonkeyLove... wrote: ↑Fri Nov 06, 2020 2:43 pm A Trump post-presidency is going to look like nothing we've ever seen. On a separate note, I never met Mark Kelly, but knew lots of folks who knew him through the Navy. Great guy.
Back when I deployed in 2009-2010, I talked to Martha McSally (then COL McSally) daily, as she was the Ops Officer for AFRICOM. Really liked her, she was a hardass. Told off the Saudis when they told her she couldn't drive. Sad to see her go.

Re: What to make of the election?
I think this leaves out the fact Trump is almost certainly going to be prosecuted for several crimes (no pardons for the state level ones), and has terrible lawyers. His current antics will get him banned from Twitter once he's no longer President, unless he can get some message discipline (LOL).
He's going to go through a high-profile divorce and has .5-1B in loans coming due.
As of this hour, Murdoch is moving on.
No party has lost the Presidency after one term in over 100 years. Once the fever breaks I think people are going to drop the whole MAGA thing *hard.*

One of the downsides of the Internet is that it allows like-minded people to form communities, and sometimes those communities are stupid.

Re: What to make of the election?
Lukashenko about US elections :)
“Let's see how the OSCE will react to this, and let's wait and see the German parliament, as I said yesterday, demand a re-election in the United States. Today we see that the re-election is warranted based on all kinds of irregularities, even domestic legislation violations," the president stressed. “It is very interesting to see how the Germans, French, these super democratic countries, and Anglo-Saxons and others will demand re-election.”
“I can say this already now: they will do nothing, they will be afraid to do anything,” Aleksandr Lukashenko said.
“But this is a shame, humiliation of Americans they could not have imagined,” the Belarusian leader said.
The president said that the situation with the election in the United States gives an opportunity to compare things: “Our protesters and others will see this. They will have something to compare with.”
The head of state also mentioned the negative impact of the election results as well as mass protests in the neighboring countries that criticized Belarus.
Talking about the U.S. election, he added: “Next week we will be watching this comedy at its finish line. It is a comedy and a mockery of democracy. It is good that it has happened and that we saw the essence of that democracy. Only those who are strong and stand firm are respected in the world. We will stand firm.”

Politics aside, that looks like something that TBN would air at 3:00 am in 1983.
