Okay so check this out. So I'm going on seven weeks now of morning shakes with the Nutribullet with all kinds of stuff that I outlined earlier. So after I had one this morning I came in to work early and I was the only one here. Oddly I see this dude walking around out in the foyer and it kinda weirded me out...how did he get in the building? He was dressed fine, a little older, so I go talk to him and he said he was looking for someone but I didn't recognize the name and told him I didn't think they worked in the building. He was fine with it and I unlocked the door and let him out. So I grab a cup of coffee and I'm reading the paper and I just sort of scanned the obit section and holy shit...THAT GUY WAS IN THERE. HE WAS DEAD!

So it looks like another WTH effect of the Nutribullet, at least for me anyway is, I see dead people.

Well, another week has passed with the Nutribullet and the WTH! effects still continue. This week included more fresh pineapple and papaya along with Italian sweet peppers, avacado and the other ususal suspect veggies and fruits. Hemp, and flax seed are also regular additions including a big scoop of vegetable protein. I went for a run last night...about 4 miles. It was right at 6:00 o'clock in the evening and the local news was starting and Mrs. Shape was sitting on the couch looking at her iPad and watching the news. I told her I was leaving. I walked out the door started a slow warm up jog then hit my stopwatch when I got to my usual starting point. I slowly started accelerating and I began running faster and faster. As I turned onto the sidewalk next to a major street it seems as if all the cars were stopped and not moving...really weird. There was hardly any sound. I reached my turnaround point and headed back. There were a few people on the trail and they were just standing there not really moving. I walked into the house and my wife asked if I had forgotten something and of course I hadn't. She's looking at me like wtf? I looked at my watch and only two seconds had passed. Huh?

Based on what you put in your drink, I'd have probably had a 20 minute stop at milepost 2.

I caught Pinky's suggestion of adding peptides in Nutribullet shakes and heartily concur, it would be like adding Nitros to a 40y/o hot rod.

Uhh ohh, trouble in paradise. I knew this was going to happen eventually. I keep squeezing in a little more and a little more. I must not have screwed the blade attachment on strongly enough because I had green shit everywhere. I hope I didn't fuck up the power unit. I turned it upside down immediately and gently and briefly sprayed some water up in it to get all the shit out then took a blowdryer to it. Fuck! I may need some therapy if I ruined it.
