Are you saying the most you can put in your SmartVest is 20#. If I remember right, ab g_d said the same thing. A few years back when talked to the owner, he said you can put two 1# plates in each pocket; so, my medium vest holds 32#. Just wondering.

does the dvd say it is PAL format or NTSC. If it is PAL, it probably wouldn't work in your dvd player. NTSC is the format for dvd players in the US.
