Been a new episode the past few weeks on PBS, very good modern version of Sherlock Holmes

I thought it was ok, a B or B+. A lot of mindless action (hulk vs. black widow for example or the endless trashing of NYC at the end -- that reminded me of Transformers). Robert Downey Jr and the Hulk were both good.

That's a good review, definitely agree with the show grasping for a purpose. Cheadle seems a bit unbelievable as the super-player -- but it does lead to lots of boobs, -- It felt that the audience was supposed to think everyone is very cool and witty --- like they shove it down the throat to believe...

Funny book.

The author does 9 different experiments (outsourcing his life to India, including dealing with his wife and parents; behaving like George Washington; and more). Easy read, laugh out loud funny and it has some good insights.
