Re: French Impression of US Soldiers in Afghanistan

Brits could hump some heavy ass rucks all day, super fit fuckers. Lithuanians looked scary. Italians were sunbathing in Salerno, not a pretty site.

Re: How Weak Is Too Weak?

If you look at heights and weights of nfl kickers and punters most of them are over 200 lbs these days. Janikowski and Steve Weatherford of the giants are studs in the weightroom.

Re: Wrestling Observer on the Olympic wrestling ouster

Karelin training (part 1): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oxvWbnFVH_o&feature=youtube_gdata_player The music alone is inspirational as fuck, never mind the sweet KB moves (of which there are even more in part 2). Karelin & Denisov may just be the Russian And1 dream team! Look at him at 1:45...

Re: WTF!?!

Has anyone watched olympic taekwondo? That is a boring sport, that hardly resembles a contact sport, certainly it does not have the history or popularity of wrestling. Judo is more interesting than taekwondo, but again not the history of wrestling. Boxing and wrestling should be untouchable.

They were the first ones to offer cast kettlebells and imo that was the foundation of DD and charged very high prices, it also allowed them to have seminars, as new manufacturers came on the scene offering chea...

Re: Junior Seau RIP

Junior Seau, Derrick Thomas, Reggie White, Sam Mills, I'm sure I'm omitting a couple two, some of the premier defensive players of the 90s all gone now. Very sadd.

For all you lovers of DIY this site is hard to beat http://www.angelfire.com/ny5/shenandoah/Grunt/grunt.html Clubs are in isotonics section. I'm a lazy NYC dude, I bought a 15 and 25 lb clubbells and a 10 kilo macebell and love them all, but every time I spend money I swear to do some shit myself ne...

Wrist Strengthener

Ordered a pricey toy from UK ($136 with shipping, perhaps if $ improves can be a $10 savings). Arrived within a week. It's designed to mimic the motion of reverse bending. I was always curious about bending, but also to lazy to go to Home Depot to buy supplies. I asked David Horne (for those that no...

I also had positive experieces with Inzer, I bought their squat shoes, as well as the 13 inch single prong belt. However on fortified-iron forum their service gets badmouthed.
