Jack, did you read Boyle's last article on T-nation? As an actual S&C coach, I thought he was pretty rational. Not only does he not use anything remotely like X-fit, his priorities actually exclude the possibility of training like X-fitters say they do. He took a lot of crap for it there, but wh...

It is not flame. He is defining the difference. Someone on DD opened it up. I look as the CF forum maybe twice a year. I just value the "....overflowing with foulmouthed ignorance." line. But now they've deleted it. Therefore we are polite and knowledgeable. Sticks and stones may break my...

I read all of PKD sitting the stacks in college. Trippy. The movies are each made from about 10% of a Dick book. He was a crazy, crazy man. You should see his FBI file- it was recently made available. When other SF writers would visit him he'd call the FBI afterwards to report them as dangerous Comm...

I've seen so many positive, and I mean VERY positive reviews that I've decided to put this at the top of my to-buy list. Plus, it's what, less than $30?

Notice how more and more of the Xfitters were obviously disturbed by "coach's" raving antics? That's why the blog messages and the thread had to go. His people must not be corrupted by the words of subhuman degenerates. Or anything that reminds him of T-mag. I guess he'll never eat a "...

Yesterday, I read about 20, restrained, very civil and polite messages on the Crossfit WOD blog that were posted in response to the "attack" on Dan John. Just Power & Bulk guys saying Dan was, in their experience, a really good guy who gave a lot for free. Those messages have all been ...

Ok, I just read the post by Glassman about Dan John, and I am simply amazed. The self-control evident in Dan's responses stands in sharp contrast to Glassman's childish outburst. That Dan John can joke about "whoring himself out" when he sells an article, and then Glassman says it seriously...

It has become apparent to me that he is the "coal mine canary" of fitness.

Some funny conclusions they've drawn over there: IG and DD are in cahoots. IG thinks the KB is the best for everything. Those are hilarious. That would be like Bizzaro World. Nobody is addressing the vertical vs. horizontal hip motion power generation, of course. It's easier to be offended, and the...

Bitches lie. They backed up their words on this one. It doesn't matter as much to the younger ones, but after about 30, women adore a man who can use their kitchen with authority and panache. They melt like butter in a skillet. The kitchen and the bedroom are the two most important rooms in a house...

I don't know, a man can do just about anything with the proper motivation.
Multiple MILFs have told me that, although they felt silly admitting it, the sight of a man working in the kitchen was a huge turn-on. Since I like to cook, I was not averse to testing the info for correspondence to reality.

I'll pretty much give any of Ennis' work a read. He's about the funniest, most twisted writer in comics. I'm betting the movie omitted the two funniest details of the Russian.
