Good movie. Special Effects reminded me of Indiana Jones(not as good as Indie Jones)..airplanes, car/motorcycle chases, guns, explosions, no complex fight choreography. Makes sense since it takes place in the 1940's. Good Flic. Comparing to the more recent Super Hero movies it is much better than Green Lantern, better than Thor but not as good as X-Men 1st Class. Chris Evans is not the best actor but he is functional enough to play this role. The movie is about 2 hours long.

Hmmmmm...I did not care for it. Very slow moving, and boring.

Re: Captain America
Does he get frozen at the end? Does it explain why Nick Fury is still running around looking 30-something in 2010?

Pretty much follows the usual Cpt. America story-line of getting frozen then thawed. Nick Fury/Sam Jackson makes his 60 second appearance at the end..in the present day.GoDogGo! wrote:Does he get frozen at the end? Does it explain why Nick Fury is still running around looking 30-something in 2010?

Only some of the Howling Commandos are in the movie. Nick Fury is not one of them. Capt. America heads the HC.

Liked it. Cool 40's vibe.
