The Minneapolis Four

Minnesota AG Keith Ellison has taken over the prosecution against Derek Chauvin, and added second degree murder charges (I guess John DuCane is no longer public enemy number one).

In a Washington Post opinion piece, former prosecutor Paul Butler (who used to specialize in prosecuting corrupt cops and was nominated for an NAACP Image Award for a book called 'Chokehold') argues that it will be difficult to get a murder conviction against Chauvin.

What are the odds that Chauvin gets convicted? What about the other three? Will any of them win lawsuits for wrongful termination against the city?

It's a setup. Ellison knows that they won't get the second degree murder charge, setting Minneapolis up with another folie à deux this fall. Sayyyyy, in November or so.

What Fat Cat said. Probably right out of the Antifa Playbook.
