The Kelso stuff is easy to add in if you think about it. Generally, at the end of each set of the appropriate movement, you add the Kelso shrugging moves.

Bench -> Bench Shrug
Dips-> Dip Shrug
Chins/Rows-> Them shrugs
Etc.

yeah, that's how I was doing it, very convenient, but... I forgot.

Hi Guys,
Coming out of deep lurking.. As always.. The best info anywhere is at IGX.
I'm working on a big project with South Florida roots.. It should happen around Spring.
I'll reveal more later.. I'm keeping things local with workshops,, instruction, etc. I like Florida and the way things are down here. (mainly weather!)

I'm basically trying to get rid of inventory before I start some new DVD projects. I have a lot more ideas and will be taking my business in lots of new directions..

There is plenty of info here for adding to training,, but not replacing anything. Everything works for a while and I've gotten really good feedback on my DVD's..

The forums and training log here represent some of the best information on the internet. I hope everyone out there who claims they don't drop by here,, finally comes clean and admits it.

He is still in the reserves. He is a Code Enforcement Officer on Miami Beach until he gets called back. He trains like a demon and was a good sport. I had planned a scuffle between Mario Guevara and Laurent Magri on concrete with knifes and handguns, trying to draw weapons etc... we just couldn't arrange it between hurricanes. Laurent kept getting shipped out with the Coast Guard, and Mario was doing lots of private security contract stuff.

The CC&C and Activate dvds are one of the few training DVDs I don't regret purchasing.

I really like The Furminator's take on S&C but I thought the the MA aspect was a little too basic. And then I realized that I was a dumbass and the basics are fucking gold.

I saw a lot of stuff on the S&C and mobility side I hadn't seen before and I saw a lot of good tried and true techniques on the MA side that are a must have and taught well.

Plus I got a sweet powder blue shirt that I rock out on a regular basis.

I just ordered Concrete Conflict from a KB website -- that is, not directly from Tom -- and the DVD I received was a DVD-R with an adhesive label. Did I just buy a bootleg copy of this DVD? Let me know, and I'll order a legit copy from Tom post-haste and let him know where I bought the DVD-R version.
