Thera-cane

Post by Polo Tomasi »

It's a large 'J' shaped thing made from polyeurethane with a coulpe of extra knobs thrown in for good measure. I've been using mine for a few months now, and it's much better than telling someone who's trying to work on your back: "no, not there, down. No, up." You can dig into whatever area is hurting and control the pressure. Best $35 I've spent in a long time.

BTW, the baby knobs on the inside of the Theracane work well on neck/base-of-skull muscles.
