Travel/hunting show. Jim, his son, and hunting buddy travel all over the world and kill stuff. The first 3 1 hour episodes are all set in Papua New Guinea. They kill some crazy looking little black dear then move on to water buffalo. Better production quality than most hunting shows and they make a real effort to make contact and show the indigenous population and give all the meat to the tribesmen that guide them.
It's on the Outdoor Channel.
Damn I need to start back hunting.
