Objectively speaking, dogshit. Also, unbelievably boring. There are Kaiju movies like the original Gojira (1954) and Gamera (1965) that prove you can make quality films about a generally puerile idea, giant monsters. I have a soft spot for them, or at least I used to, but with movies like these it's hard to remember why.
