I was in the sauna the other day and had to listen to a middle aged man tell a younger kid all about how awesome 'jits' is, Joe Rogan, and how sauna-ing for 20+ minutes make "your hormones go off like crazy".

Jits... I thought abbreviation are the features of Strayan. Maccas - McDonald's, brolly - umbrella, arvo - afternoon.
