Chicago cop charged with murder, 1st time in 35 years

Post by Grandpa's Spells »

And all it took was a judge forcing the video to be released. Ugly, ugly shit.
One of the downsides of the Internet is that it allows like-minded people to form communities, and sometimes those communities are stupid.

The family is being dignified about it.

Hope Rev. Jackson, Rev. Farrakhan, and other Chicago "community leaders" follow suit.

This is a situation where the civil rights folks show up. They didn't charge cop for over a year, until the bizarre coincidence of a judge ordering the release of the video from a journalist's FOA request that the city had stonewalled.

With perfect video and 6 cop witnesses, it's nuts that it took this long to charge him, and it looks very, very strongly like they paid off the family and hoped this would all go away without charging the cop. We can't have a system like that. I would not be surprised if Rahm went down on this one.

I would like to point out that Chicago is run by Jews and niggers.

HAHAHAHAHAHA!

You know he's a Democrat, right?

Let me know when Obama has his DOJ investigate Chicago and his pal, Rahm, like they did Ferguson, MO.

The Windy City is the American epicenter for corrupt politicians (and nearly all have historically been dems, but I digress). Rahm goes nowhere....it is you town's way, Spells.

Turn off. Fox. The 2015 election was close.
You know he's a Democrat, right?
We have a primary. They are contested. Last time around there was a runoff.

Policing sub-humans is the hardest job in the world. You're eventually going to make a mistake, or crack from the pressure and have a "falling down" moment. Poor nigger...but...it's their individual behavior that creates the aggregate need for aggressive zookeepers.

Support the notion of ethnic exclusion zones. Multiethnic societies just create tension and violence. Expecting Third World DNA to thrive in a Western World is also not fair to all involved. Their IQ and emotional control bell curves just don't match what's needed to hack it in a white man's world.

Export or segregate...pretty clear to me.

Oh, and once again...Jews and niggers created this environment of corruption and cover up. Hook noses and shit skins...a match made in hell.

I don't watch Fox, but the history of Chi-town corruption in politics, particularly in the dem party, is long, factual, and been around longer than cable news.

I wonder how often Jesse senior visits junior (assuming junior is still in the clink)?

No doubt corruption is a major issue, in part because of the one-party system. But Rahm does not have the grip the Daleys did, and even Daley retired when things were looking dark for him.

The really scary issue to me about this particular case is not that you have one murderous asshole cop, which is something any place you could have. It's that he clearly murders a guy, on video, and 6 other cops back him up. Then the chain of command backs him up as well. Nobody steps up, nobody goes to the press. There's clearly no fear of somebody being dragged in as an accessory, which anybody involved in the initial "he lunged with a knife" report should be.

The whole thing was being treated like this is "normal," as opposed to "completely beyond the pale."

"The Tipping Point" Ultralib and part black guy Gladwell wrote a book called "Blink" and towards the end, addresses why he thinks these events happen and IIRC, I agreed with him (I read it years ago).

No one went to work that night looking to do anything like that....no excuses, but it's harder than you think.

Gladwell's statements had nothing to do with cops lying, covering up murders, and walking away without punishment.

True. I was referring to why people (cops in this case) can't stop pulling the trigger. And it's not 'hate driven' and it's not premeditated. Again, it's obviously inexcusable, but you've read the book so you know what I am talking about.

The charge of first-degree murder (instead of second) seems excessive, but the failure to prosecute or otherwise discipline anyone else in the case is inexcusable.

Here is the deal: even 20 years ago, pre-smart phone and the internet in its infancy, no dashcams, bodycams, ect. Internal Affairs guys would be all over that like stink on shit. Any area CCTV's would have been reviewed, ect. In this instance, in 2015, you and I have the video perspective we are seeing and there are video perspectives we are not seeing. So in the case of finger pointing and disciplining, you need to ask 'why?' the mayor and his police brass dragged their feet on this one, first. Don't think for a heartbeat, Ram didn't have 100% visibility into this that very night. Hold your top-end accountable for a change and let the shit roll down hill as nature intended vs. the way politicians and the media orchestrates it.

I must have got this wrong by the reaction here, but wasn't the kid that got shot carrying a deadly weapon in view of an armed police officer when he was killed? Or am I thinking of a different incident? Because flaunting a deadly weapon in front of an armed police officer is generally one sure reason for a cop to shoot you dead.

I don't think most cops would have shot him, based strictly on what I saw.

Unloading the mag is a 'momentary mental problem' not a 'murderous racist act of hate' as the nail biting Spells would love to believe. Not unlike the little old lady from Pasadena who guns it when lights and sirens pop up behind her.

Chicago is a beautiful and amazing city. Much like a diamond that has been smeared in dog shit, it needs a good polishing. Chicago, Atlanta, Houston, Detroit...get rid of the blacks and 99% of the problems will disappear over night. Of course, this isn't going to happen, but it's a nice philosophical exercise. What would a black-free Labor Day weekend look like in Chicago compared to what it currently looks like? Currently, it's a shooting gallery with 75% to 95% of the violent assaults and murders being carried out by the nig-nogs as they fulfill their biological destiny. The Hispanics take up whatever's left over to get you to 100%. Take darkness out of the equation and you're left with some loud music calls and illegal discharge of fireworks. You think I'm fucking with you? Look at the stats.

Can you imagine the South Side without the virulent influence of welfare breeders? It would still be the low rent district, but it would be full of working class micks, wops, and pollacks. Industry would flock to that region in order to take advantage of the dependable labor. Hire whitey = pay for a high school diploma and get a IQ of 100. Hire blackey = pay for two masters degrees from whatever HBCU they drug themselves out of and the IQ barely clocks in the mid-80's. You wind up with a fat AP clerk who doesn't show up half the time because she has to go to the school to see about Tyrone's discipline issues, and when she does show up she can't get the checks out on time and keeps sending them to the wrong vendor. Oh, and she filed an EEOC claim last week because she should be getting paid the same salary as that Jew broad in cost accounting who doesn't have a masters degree (but she can do math and spreadsheets, unlike La'Quanda).

So, keeps coming back to my basic premise...if you want to ruin anything, just add niggers.

If you think you can disprove that premise, then start by explaining why Africa repeats itself wherever Africans go.

"Momentary mental problem." You're capable of some pretty serious mental gymnastics when it comes to the motivations of a cop criminal vs. a black one.

As I said, the cop shooting, regardless of the reason, is not the fundamental problem. The 6 others who back up the false narrative, and the chain of command backing them up, is the real issue.

You need accountability, from cadets to the mayor. The absence of accountability means that 6 cops can back up a false narrative with no fear or being charged as accomplices, which they obviously are. So they back the false narrative, because there's no downside to doing so, but serious downside to speaking out. The system needs to flip those motivations.
One of the downsides of the Internet is that it allows like-minded people to form communities, and sometimes those communities are stupid.

You live in a fantasy world guided by salon.com. You also have it backwards, which is of no surprise to me, coming from you: the accountability is from the top on down, not 'from cadets to mayor'. This is more than just words, but I don't expect you to get that.

First off: jig criminals go out with the intention of doing jig harm. Cops, even bad ones, are not stupid enough to do that given the visibility and scrutiny that is on them. Do you really think, for a heartbeat, in today's climate, this cop went out and thought it would be a good idea to kill a mope?

Second: you think those six other guys are flippantly saying 'no big fucking deal, we're covered in our blue wall....' Spoiled kid lefty dumbassity is what that is, Spells. Those guys were all like 'hot, holy, fuck!' what did this guy do!!!!???? I guarantee you they were grilled by Internal Affairs, ADA's from special prosecution, the whole sha'bang and did exactly what they were told to do. Now you might not like that, but don't smugly sit there thinking these guys have "no fear of being charged", ect. As you say, the chain of command allegedly backed them up.....ask yourself 'why?' your lefty mayor Rahm and his posse underneath him did so. Could it be there is another side to the story? Is there some other reason they wanted it swept under the rug?

Third and last: in NYPD there is something called a GO15. It is sort of a kangaroo court but not doing it is almost an instant suspension. Thankfully, hardly any cop in their career has to go through one. I did, however and in short your life is hell until it all goes away (which it did for me as I did not do anything wrong, quite the opposite, in fact, which made it all the worse for me.) I am sure Chicago has something similar for their PD.
