I am thinking of doing Martial Arts Camps in a few years out that way. Lot's of good camp sites to rent or I could do the Payton Quinn thing and turn the Barn into a Dojo/Dorm, get some FIST suits and do some Mahler style marketing.

I am pretty sure my Dad's bizz partner still has a bunch of the foam blocks you use in making Aerobics/Gymnastics floors. We had the old Quantico Dojo at a Gymnastics center for about 5 years and training on it was the best.

You could move as fast as you could on a regular floor but you could pretty much do Ukemi on your head and survive it. ( I and Crom have).

So any stand alone Dojo I make will have one. Great for FMA, Karate, Kettlebella and Throwing arts.

Yeah, no place is perfect but I will not have the numbers of Douch baggery, Thuggery and Liberal hipster shit that I deal with here in the Burbs.

I speak Redneck better than Ebonics and Espanol, so unless it's the most ignorrent kind I can manage and as far as the ignorent kind well I have not studied armed and unarmed combative arts for most of my life because I thought it was a nice hobby.

My big thing will be to ensure my boy's and little girl don't become Rednecks but country getlmen and Lady.

Beleive it our not the worse rednecks I delt with was when I grew up in upstate New York! YanKKKee Rednecks try harder to be racist, ignorrent peices of shit and I always hated them. I don't see my boy's being different in tha manner, niether of them are followers and they question EVERYTHING.

No they will be taught to look at them as potentially usefull idots or mobile training drones.

They will be making lot's of trips back here to see my Dad, my Lady's Mom and their Godfather Crom and the Dojo crew.

My Boy's are to be trained in MA for GP and the fact that I will pay them to be Uke's and Asstant instructors in their teens.

Maybe after we get settled, if you visit your Brother in Massanutten you all can come over to Koriban Ranch, do some shooting, drink a few beers and what not and spin some tunes? I make the best Chili.
