After being introduced to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu by his friend writer/director John Milius, O'Neill has trained in the martial art for 17 years under the mentoring of Rorion Gracie, whose father Helio Gracie, Mitsuyo Maeda and uncle Carlos Gracie created Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. In December 2007, O'Neill received his black belt.

So the guy's a stud because he got CUT from the Steelers before the season even started? WTH does that make the guys that were actually good enough to make the squad? It's like saying someone's a genius cuz they applied to Harvard and were denied.

LOL

I'm saying he's a stud who played college ball and made it to the training camp for the Steelers Mr. Imagination.

It's not near as bad as you crowing about all of your success as if you are a real person and not an imaginary internet sock puppet for some sad lonely person living in their mom's basement.

We don't have basements where I'm from, so checkmate on that. And you're really trying to question my success, as if it's not a well known fact that my exploits were all (mostly [some]) true? I'm guessing you're one of the few IGers that DIDN'T see that picture making its rounds on the interwebs of me raising a trophy with my doubles partner Lleyton Hewitt after winning that charity tennis tournament? You're either blind with hateful rage or you're a boldfaced liar. Which is it, Zacky?

I know two guys who were cut in the last week of NBA training camp (one eventually made it in the league) and both were incredible. Guys standing on the sidelines in pro leagues at the highest level are studs.
