Great live performances
I love great live performances of songs on YouTube. Here’s some of my favorites. Covers, obscure songs, straight-ups, restructures,...all good.
Holy shit, I’d never heard of Grace Potter. This is better than the original, which was great.

This one is pretty well known. Who’d have thought he would crush it.

I like these guys. Just guitar, base, drums, sparse sound.
This song was covered by Robert Plant. The original...
Another chill song. Great lyrics.

U2, 11 o’clock tick tock. Done slower, the solo at the end is great.

I don't have a lot of experience with vampires, but I have hunted werewolves. I shot one once, but by the time I got to it, it had turned back into my neighbor's dog.

What's the trick, hombre?

A couple tricks. First, put spaces in between the brackets.
This: ] address [
Not This: ]address[
Second, a youtube address tends to work, but a youtu.be address doesn't seem to. I generally copy the title of the video and put it in the search bar then search for it. The address that comes back should be different for the same video.

Re: Great live performances
Great song by Sturgill.
Richard Thompson is a great guitarist. This song, Mingus Eyes, has a different sound.
Interesting to compare it to the album version.

I was going to post that one too. Awesome.

Re: Great live performances
Thompson has said he views studio takes as "slightly dead" versions of songs. He's a fantastic live performer, I see him every few years when he hits Virginia.

Re: Great live performances
I'd barely heard of Doyle Bramhall and never heard of Alice Smith, but she's the best singer ever on this song. She's reading the lyrics off the floor and makes a mistake at one point, which is all the more awesome.

Re: Great live performances
Bad Brains and the Devo Hardcore Tour were both great, but Hank 3 was hands down the best live show I've seen.
Ps thanks for the tutorial Turd.
