Will see how Putin and other evil doers react to this. Obama's last public message with Putin had him telling Vlad to "cut it out" (in a measured but serious tone I assume). Trump says, "Let it be an arms race. We will outmatch them at every pass and outlast them all". Which is more likely to get a tyrant to behave, or at least to think twice before getting mischievous? I don't know but I guess we're about to find out.

I posted two links. There are tons of examples of true hate crimes if you care to look. Are there bogus hate crimes? Of course - never said there weren't.
