Hey FNG! Do me a favor, add Wendler's new 5/3/1 variant with the joker sets to your training ADD for a week and log it, I've been curious about it.

And why not throw in some diet hopping too while you're at it, to better manage that chubby ass of yours? Try some carb back loading for a week or two and log that also.

And let's live a little- log all the latest, greatest supplements you're taking, too.
