Howdy, I'm a longtime lurker who finally decided to register a little while ago.

So the short version is: I suck. I was never anything like strong or athletic, and then I had a kid and stopped training. I'm just getting back into the gym now, and I'm trying to get back to like HS freshman levels of strength. Since this board has about the best combination of training advices I've seen on the internet for a long time, I figured I'd suck it up and take the hazing.

I'm a little disappointed though; I heard that all new folks get invited on a camping trip? That sounds awesome, I wanna go on a camping trip! \:D/
