Second, my post isn't to "prove" anything, just to share my experience living in a relatively affluent (by national standards, not compared to some communities around here) diverse community. How diverse? Well the highschool my kid will attend is about 55% black.

To the east of me is a city of former race riots. To the west of me are lilly White/Asian communities with some of the highest tax rates in the country. My town is economically divided on east/west lines. You can probably guess what the racial distribution looks like.

This raises the question of whether poverty, and even racism, is a nature vs nurture thing. Kaz would like you to think it's a nature thing, and everything in my experience tells me it's a nurture thing. We've nurtured an underclass of poverty and blame them for it, trying to rationalize the need for further segregation, as if that's any sort of solution to the underlying problem.

But you know I'm talking to people who can't even tolerate fags, hipsters or Jews. I don't expect you to get it. Lets just say I'm happy I live where I do and leave it at that.
