You guys won't believe it, but people around me are very fired up about the election. Hatred of Trump permeates Australia for some reason, mysterious to me.

My personal, very uneducated opinion of someone who watches news maybe once a week, and only because TV set is on in the staff room, is that Trump will stay.

That's because you're surrounded by other immigrants in Sydney. Real legacy Australians, not you in other words, love Trump and real American values. In fact, there are few countries that share more common spirit with the USA than Australia, and are our loyal partners in the struggle against China.

Have many americans in friendlist onFB and last month I saw a lot of memes about Biden and Trump.
Some were funny (these must be from russian trolls).
But today i scrolled down several pages and not a single mention about either Trump or Biden. People must be tired of them both.

Hardly. I didn't vote for Trump last time but I like his policies more than Biden's. It's as simple as that. And, I don't profess to have any idea who will win.
