Nice way to react to one of your own with a traumatic brain injury who is sent to a horrible front you can't imagine and sees his friend blown up in front if him. You can condemn his actions 100% without needing to pretend he's just " plain evil". He's culpable and wil live with his actions for ever more. And he'll be punished and that's how it should be. But your attitude seems callous, wilfully blind to the realities which led to that behaviour and simplistically black and white.Fat Cat wrote:“He just snapped.” Well snapped things are broken. And broken things are useless. And useless things get thrown out. So toss his ass in the ocean with Osama.

Nigger who's born into poverty against his will, sees all kinds of shit growing up that no kid should, ends up dealing drugs to survive, shoots a man = Let the fucker burn in the electric chairGorbachev wrote:Nice way to react to one of your own with a traumatic brain injury who is sent to a horrible front you can't imagine and sees his friend blown up in front if him. Asshole who willfully signs up to kill sandniggers in 3rd world shitholes and ends up going psycho, murdering a bunch of innocent children = Have a heart. You can't understand his struggle.
Bullshit. The guy's a psycho who deserves an even worse fate than befell those kids. No one gives a fuck that he was hit in the head. Insanity is no defense to anything. Just cuz you're batshit crazy doesn't mean there aren't consequences to your actions. ANYONE who murders has mental issues of some sort. Does that mean we should give all of them a slap on the wrist and let them off out of compassion? Is it supposed to be different because this guy was a Marine? If anything, that just proves that he's prone to killing. Normal, honest folks don't go signing up to kill other folks in some shithole half a world away. He knew damn well what he was getting into. Now that it became too much for him to handle and bit him on the ass we should all be compassionate to his plight? Yeah, right.

I heard some shit about how three tours overseas nowadays was longer than the entirety of WWII. I can't really comment on that, as I'm ignorant on the entire military situation. That said, Afghanistan has been going on for a decade (decades?) and that was a lot longer than WWII. This dude was on his fourth tour.

STFU jacktard. Normal, honest people who give a fuck about something greater than their own personal well-being and self-interest do just that.Kraj 2.0 wrote:Normal, honest folks don't go signing up to kill other folks in some shithole half a world away.
But keep spouting your bullshit. Those of us that do so will continue to keep the wolves at bay.

This is a valid point. I think a sense of futility and mission creep would compound the stresses of rolling, multiple tours, year-in, year-out.What a duck says wrote:I heard some shit about how three tours overseas nowadays was longer than the entirety of WWII. The biggest surprise isn't that this sort of thing happens, but that it doesn't happen more often.....

Keep believing that you're actually keeping us safe. Cuz some sand-nigger half a world away who wears slip-ons cuz he's too ass-backwards to even know how to tie a pair of shoelaces is really a threat to normal American folks. Thank you, oh great protector.
