However, if he were at an affiliate with a trainer watching him or at the games, I don't think that his time would have been what was shown. The deadlifts didn't quite lock out at the top, the muscle ups didn't have full lock out at the top (and the start of the movement is questionable too...), he let go of the cleans without standing up all of the way (there's a video of Greg A doing the same thing, they called him on not standing up with the weight), and the HSPUs didn't fully extend.

If I was his trainer (which I am not) at the affiliate he was part of, I would have to either a) call 'no' on a failed reps, or b) go over the video with him after he was done.

You will never train an athlete, let alone an elite one. Nor will an athlete, especially not an elite one, join any faggoty affiliate.

It was a poor range of motion. Does it help him get bigger, stronger, and faster. As far as the sport of fitness, he would not be up to any standards and the shortened range of motion does not give him the full benefits.

Gary and I have seen the same email, sent from teh Couch himself. It is several weeks old, as it had to cool a bit before public release (gotta protect the moles). Whether anything goes down or not is another story, but this is from Couch. Nicole had already been demoted. I can't imagine anything big happening to Pudding or Castro because they're so entrenched and they know where the bodies are buried. I don't know if he's talking about people in HQ proper or just those that enjoy the benefits of his association (like when Freddy C was cut out when he quit the L1 cert team).

One day, Barky is blowing Eddie when Eddie accidentally pocket dials his wife. Lisa hears Barky sucking a mean dick and becomes distraught.

Couch is pissed that Eddie has gotten into his personal stash, so he buys out Eddie's half of @FSD and convinces Lisa that Eddie is bad for her and is even dangerous because he has PTSD.

So Eddie and Lisa are done, Couch and Lauren are done, and Barky is temporarily on loan to BBoi. It's better than a Mexican soap opera.
