I would think so... but who knows. chad is not an "athlete" and has a club foot which he has overcome much like doug hepburn and become a great athlete in spite of. But I wish him the best.

Now, if someone like Jon North competed, it would be game over. Former division 1 running back, hell of an athlete, currently snatching 340lbs and clean and jerking 420lbs at under 200lbs bodyweight.... and did whatever CF workout that is 30 clean and jerks with 135lbs in 1:41... wityh absolutely no endurance practice.... If guys like him competed, fuck. He could beat 99% of CFers at CF, let alone a CF + OL hybrid.

Why? because he is an athlete!

The only humiliation would be from him outlifting the CFers in the initial portion of the event.

The competition itself is intentionally set up to be scored in such a way that the single conditioning routine will score as many points as the points from the Sn & CJ combined.

Additionally, they'll be bringing in top lifters (read: exceptions to the rule) to pad their results.

Example of how OPT with a less than bodyweight snatch scored:

Sn-80 + C&J-115 + 255 = 450

It appears that David Morgan will be on his honeymoon during that competition. He also didn't seem to think it was worth it to travel all the way from England. Fancy that.

Re: his muscle-ups, the @Fers had a field day already saying they didn't "count", like they always do when beaten at their own games.

Considering that Mr. Morgan pursued the world record for dips in one minute (half-dips, really), I have little doubt that doing @F-style swinging spaz-ups would cause him much difficulty. This is in addition to him not taking advantage of ANY "slop" in the workout.

Also, hearing about how @F is supposedly benefiting OL in this country when some of their best aren't even snatching BW is laughable.
