Wendler doesn't work for EliteFTS any longer, so I wouldn't take what he says as reflective of that company.GammaRayGummo wrote:It must be safe to assume that EliteFts has ended is affiliation with @fit, right?stosh wrote:Wendler with restrained wit:

And I'm sure that orthopods and chiros can agree on the cervical spine & shoulder nightmare that these push-ups are for high reps done quickly:It's these benefits of exercise that she imparts on an up and coming CrossFit athlete, her four year old daughter Giana, the star of the Femme Fit 2011 - Movement Standards video.

That's certainly one interpretation of "rack the bar".

It may intuit well that if you can pull 1015, pulling 250 for 21 reps at a high heart rate is a fucking joke.WildGorillaMan wrote: You want work capacity? Be strong as fuck.

And let's be honest here, if you can pull 1015, who fucking cares if you can do doubleunders or not?

Correct Version:It may intuit well that if you can pull a 250 pound deadlift 21 times coming to the lift at a heart rate of 180 beats per minute, then 500 pounds for a single at a resting heart rate is perhaps manageable.
If 1015 pounds for a single at an aroused heart rate is observable, then it may intuit well that you can pull a 575 pound deadlift 22 times resulting in a heart rate of 180 beats per minute.
