I recognize that I'm not an average reader, but the fact that BMacNCheez writes at a fourth grade level makes it very hard for me to accept him as an expert on anything, all other data points notwithstanding.
I don't know how competitive she is but about once a month, she does some kind of 100+ mile run and various trail/mountain runs and goes for various records.

Oh. AND SHE FINISHES THEM.
We did it we finished another San Diego 100. It was by far the most difficult for me and Andy. We have run this race together 4 times. Andy has finished 8 times and me 7. It was our very first 100 we ran together as a couple so it's special.
This year since no one seemed to be trained it took a lot of amazing runners out. Including me, but I manged to keep moving forward towards the finish line . Andy and I both felt like crap most of the race.
Wait, now I'm really confused. Yesterday's workout was cancelled because of the heat and there is no air conditioning in the 'box'
But today's weather is just as bad:
But today is Happy Hour, so it's ok?

Happy hour at 6:30pm tonight is a GO! Hope youre hydrating..it'll be sticky and warm but the booze after will make it all worth it.
I'm of the opinion, after his last post, that it has become painfully obvious that Drywall is a tool of @FHQ. I don't want to C&P it here, so I'll just post the link. http://www.forgingelitesarcasm.com/2011 ... l#more-847

It was a nice novelty act at first but lately it's been pretty boring. Let's see how he does at the gaymes.

I think it was released online sometime around spring 2008 if I recall correctly. So back when he was doing his ultras, he was putting in a decent amount of mileage to finish them. According to what he's written all this mileage left him too weak to do 100 lb squats or something stupid like that. (Hmmm, did you ever think of doing squats along with mileage instead of one or another?)
So, if my research is accurate, I don't believe BMack has finished anything longer than a half marathon since creating CFE, at least not officially.
I do believe tzg is correct. Most people don't have a reference as to what makes a decent ultrarunner. In the events that he's done, I don't believe he's placed in the top 15% of any of them. And yet, the bio he sends out states that "he has been a competitive ultrarunner." (http://strongerfasterhealthier.com/athletes/2)
Not sure what defines a "competitive ultrarunner." Normally I'd figure you'd need to be able to hit top 5-10% of a major race or break some timed standard such as sub-18 flat 100, sub-24 mountain 100, or 120 on track in 24hr.
Yeah, if people saw his real racing times, they'd be like, "wait a minute, my dickhead neighbor runs a better 10K."

Well, it might be that someone new is in the game...it's definitely not very @F celebrity stylee to do the following so that people AREN'T able to find you or figure out who you are...
Finding me is going to be a bitch.
If we do meet and you quote my blog, I’ll have no idea what the fuck you’re talking about.
This guy sure is missing out on a lot of free drinks at the gaymes if he wants to stay quiet about his ID. I call bullshit.
