Xmas Abbott was on the Jason Ellis show yesterday afternoon. She seemed like a nice enough girl, however the Kool-Aid is strong with her. Lots of talk about "box", "WOD", and Xfit games are like the Olympics. All the Xfitease was unsettling....cultish.

I was about to post about her being on Ellis. Got so tired of hearing her babble about @fit and how it helped her to change lug nuts. Well, generally just got tired of her babble about @fit. She was somewhat annoying to say the least. For some reason it especially pissed me off telling them the "correct" way to do push-ups which is chest touching the floor. No.

Everybody, behave and stop bickering. This is about inspiring more people to get into fitness. I've never understood people who argue constantly about who is wrong and who is right in fitness, because the fact is, there are many "right" answers, especially for people just starting out.
Do you think Sergio Oliva and I did the same thing? No. In fact, you could walk into Gold's and watch the 5 best guys and see 5 completely different routines. And you know what? We didn't argue.
Do me a favor. Try to focus more on expanding the fitness community as a whole than protecting your little corner of it.

I was told today that she's fucking Dave Castro. Or did? Either way, explains why she made it big in Crossfit without ever going beyond regionals.

Has anyone checked out the headshots on the athletes' Gaymes profiles? Holy shit, going down the leaderboard there isn't one woman who doesn't look strong in the 'Var. Teenage boys dream of having jawlines like some of these ladies.

Yeah, she is wicked strong, and at 5' 110 pounds a tight, tiny package, but she is a funny color and her face is weird. She is done up oddly.
