Weight Scales

Post by Cayenne »

What do you suggest ?

I have had a Tanita bathroom scale for about 10 years that seems to have died. I don't "trust" the bf% and even the lbs/kgs might be a bit off, but I used it as being "internally consistent". I'm not disinclined to picking up their updated version of the same thing, (probably improved over the past decade,) but wanted to see what the true consumers report findings of IGers are first.

Thanks.

I have a tanita - the body fat measurements are garbage, highly variable even within a few hours apart. The scale part is reliable, however, and the measurements are within a valid range when I weigh myself on other scales.
