Wait until you put in the 4 GB Sandisk. The camera doesn't have enough display number to tell you how many pictures you can fit on the card.

BTW- be carefull w/ the cheapy scandisks. They tend to have a problem formating on the canon digital cameras.

With a 4gig disk you'll be able to take hundreds of high resolution photos. It is especialy good if you plan on using the raw digital format.
