Sorry, just caught this question.
Nothing fancy, just a little bit of expensive French Mayo (worth paying 3x more for than Hellman's), some sea salt and fresh ground black pepper.
I really don't like Salmon unless it's Sushi or Lox, but this stuff I like. My upcoming super diet will mean I'll need to use olive oil instead of mayo, but it should still be good.
