The grinding process was simple enough, though figuring out how to stuff the casings is a bit more challenging. In any event the finished product was as good or better than any of the fresh sausages I've purchased from Whole Foods, etc. For IGx gourmet types, it's good kitchen gear, and the process most definitely non-metrosexual. You realize this when you are up to the forearm in almost frozen ground pork fat and minced raw garlic. Get one and find someone with a BGE to grill them for you, bichos. http://www.amazon.com/KitchenAid-FGA-Gr ... 511&sr=8-1

Good vids CP. Thanks. Ate some of my recently made links tonight paired with French lentils cooked in stock and finished with a little balsamic. Very tasty.
