Cops chasing drugslingers, drugslingers plotting for territory & banging for it, politicians lusting for power, idealists bashing their heads against Baltimore city brick walls.
Gritty, incredible plotting & acting. Rome played out in a US city.
The best lack all conviction, while the worst
Are full of passionate intensity.
