Wheat Montana High Fiber Flax and Sunflower Bread

Post by seeahill »

My utter number one fav.

90 calories a slice, 5 grams of fiber, utterly organic from a family owned farm that harvests, mills and bakes it. Does not taste anything like "health bread." It's almost like cake.

I never mentioned it here because I thought you could only get it in Montana. But I see they have outlets all over the country now.

For the people that bake, you can go to Wheat Montana online, on the above site, and get bags of flower. Great stuff.

He's actually talking about eating "flowers."

Drink them distilled, as Fats recommends.

Too much vaseline on Timmah's keyboard, that is obviously.
