Totally rocks. It's at least the equal of the first one. Beautiful design work, the same skillful blending of action/horror/comedy, and Doug Jones is a very gifted physical actor. (He plays 2 minor roles in addition to Abe Sapien).
The flesh is weak, and the smell of pussy is strong like a muthafucka.
I saw it yesterday, I have mixed feelings about it. The movie itself is visually stunning, but I felt like it moved kinda slowly. It was funny as shit though. The tooth fairy creatures were hysterical.

The slow bits were worth it. The scene of Red and Blue getting plastered and maudlin was awesome.

I read a couple of reviews that said it drug...fell apart about two-thirds through..yadd yadda. I got a big kick out of it as did granddaughters 14 and 12, who went w/ me. Definitely worth the five bucks for a matinee.
