Despite the title there is no homosexual activity on the dvd.

A good GS primer that covers technique, gear assistance exercises and rules.

Another high pont is Mrs. Dimitri's CMS qualifycation with 70/70 16 kg snatches.

What is missing:

Program design.

Dimitri's CMS qualification. It would be good to see, since rumor is that he didn't do it in competition, but taped himself and sent it to the Russian GS fed. Again, this is a rumor, i didn't hear it from DS himself.

When the time comes for me to do a GS dvd (and it will), i will include my footage CMS Qualification, or whatever the highest Rank I have at the time.

It's bullshitting. 2 Ls in the word. It should be "S is a bullshitting motherfucker". You need an article (the a), motherfucker is one word and isn't capitalized.

Makarov's swearing makes him look like a foreigner, and i wish to help him swear leks an American. Hw should try http://www.insultmonger.com for more ideas. Great resource.
