YRG Customer Service
Ordered the Over 50 DVD for my Dad's birthday. I e-mailed them asking if there was any way to expedite shipping, since their website didn't indicate options and I was trying to get a gift to arrive in time. They upgraded to 2nd day air at no charge. Super responsive.
One of the downsides of the Internet is that it allows like-minded people to form communities, and sometimes those communities are stupid.
