The short version is that I found this DVD to be a great help in understanding the BJJ journey from a beginner's standpoint. Roy maps out the process of learning BJJ and gives you a solid foundation to build from. After looking at the two discs, I was pretty surprised at what he's charging for this. It really is a complete package. And the instruction is the clearest I've seen yet.

I've got a lot of instructional DVDs for review when I'm not practicing, but the production values and presentation on this one is one of the best I've seen.
