I'd like to preface this by saying I tried to read Gladwell's other two books, "The Tipping Point," and "Blink." I thought they were at first interesting, but then boring and repetitive. Half-way through each I gave up.
I read all of "Outliers." It's a fun read with a bunch of different points that he pulls together (as opposed to what felt like one each in his past books). At times he goes a little over the top with his examples (and I was looking for this the whole time), but it's quickly over and he moves to another subject. There's a bunch of examples and studies from this book that I brought up in casual conversation and it made me think about my own life as well.
I really liked it and I think that most people could get some benefit out of reading it.
