The book, the Scott Glenn movie, or the Denzel Washington movie?

Or, maybe the band?

The Denzel Washington movie. It was being discussed in the Taken thread, so I thought I'd check it out. He does *way* worse things in this movie. Although the directer should be shot for the jumpy flashbacky filming. But - rectal c-4?! Jesus Christ!

Good flick.

Fantastic movie, but I thought they screwed up the ending. Should have had the dying Creasy Bear load himself with the C4 and blow himself and the bad guys to kingdom come. I heard Denzel suggested this ending, but they balked.

That's the sort of ending I had hoped for in Gran Torino.
The best lack all conviction, while the worst
Are full of passionate intensity.
